Tatiana Fonseca, took some of her academic steps to understand how economic/socio-environmental systems interacted with human development. For this, she graduated in economics, scientific initiation in agricultural economics at Unicamp, did a master's degree at FEA -USP in evaluation of impact investment economics (Applied Human Nutrition) and an MBA at FGV in management for sustainability. She understood the established linear logic and how to transform it into something systemic regenerative integrated.

She learned on her journey through organizations such as FIPE (projects for Bid and the World Bank); Global Energy (new business area in renewable energy); Banco Itaú as a specialist in Financial Business and Sustainability – ESG.

With the desire to explore other frontiers that we are increasingly looking for human-nature integration, I started in 2011 Quintessa and Iniciativa Agro, with a focus on Impact Investing, ESG and in partnership with LGT Venture Philanthropy co-investments as I participated in joint mentoring in this issue.

The concern for new eyes and for understanding the frontiers of the development of human consciousness led to start a post in neuroscience, creating a program called Inner Dialog, with focus on mentoring young people and executives for a leadership in the service of Regeneration and Expansion of Consciousness.

With each conversation with new human beings, the borders expanded and so she founded O ANJOS DO SERTÃO, an Institute for REGENERAÇÃO & CONSCIÊNCIA with focus on the consolidation of a network of Guardians of the Caatinga through rural Regenerative Entrepreneurship – Small Producers in Local Productive Arrangements(caju and Mel) and Human-Earth reconnection. A place where the power of agricultural frontiers is perceived, south of the State of Piauí, for new systemic and regenerative models of "bio-socioeconomics". 

Mentor of young people who seek their power to place their expression of essence in the world, we will find their “Calling”, in an Immersion Program called NIHA – Nucleus of Human Integration.

With great joy she is a Member of the Investment Committee for Impact Businesses of NESST for impact businesses, it is also part of the NAR Consórcio Assessment Committee – Regenerative Food Businesses for Latin America, and the Technical-Scientific Committee of the Semi-Arid Sustainable Territories Program.
