I am currently divided between Director of NESsT Brazil and Global Director of the Acceleration Program. I am responsible for the Portfolio of companies with social and environmental impact and for knowledge dissemination activities. I oversee activities related to investments and acceleration services that drive the growth of the Portfolio companies. I run the two key programs: NESsT Amazon and NESsT Racial Equity. In addition, I co-lead the impact management, methodology, and gender inclusion activities for the NESsT Global Portfolio.

I believe the regenerative food business approach is critical for both forest conservation and positive social impact through decent income generated by communities. Also, working with regenerative food systems is very rewarding, as we learn new, healthier ways of eating. The power of the forest in social, environmental and health terms is evident.
