“Regenerative agriculture is the practice that honors ecology, collaborating with nature rather than opposing it. It perceives soil as a living and cyclical organism, recognizing the importance of organic matter and respecting the biodiversity of microorganisms and macroorganisms. This approach protects the use of local resources, prioritizes prevention (addressing the causes) over correction (confronting the symptoms), and emphasizes the management of natural balances. Notably, it is socially just and inclusive, encouraging and retaining the efforts of those who engage in it consistently.”
